duo ampek!

well well, happy birthday to me! *albeit a day late though* :p

This birthday I decided to make a little experiment. You know, these two years facebook has been very convenience way to remind a friend's birthday and congratulate them. Sure, its nice to see a very long time friend suddenly send you a HBD message, or from person that you think don't even knew you exist, but at the end of the day, how many of them leave marks in you?

So earlier this year, i pulled down my birthday info from my facebook profile (faked the date before just to be sure), and see what happens. As luck have it, the reminder of my class mailing last had technical problem so my birthday notification is also not sent, ahaha.

Well, these things happens:

1. The person who held the title of first congratulation for two years in a row, now send the message 40 minutes before the day ended, LOL. It also become the only congratulation on my FB wall.
2. Now the first title goes to, nyehehe, but she was helped by timezone difference so it was kind of cheating i think :p
3. Fam dropped sms and plurk. nice!
4. One childhood friend texted me. Wow, its a nice surprice.
5. The management of my office send me a card. Thank god nobody notice, else I will be bankrupt now :P
6. The floor secretary is the only person who congratulate me in the office.
7. Two times I attempted to treat my friends, but they always the one who pulled their wallet first, oh well, ehehe.
8. One friend was not sure if it was my birthday, and was asking around to my friends. She left an offline msg at YM

Well, see... there is no way I will notice these things if I was flooded with msg from FB. I closed the day with one big portion of fish and chips, and receiving, er.. downloading to be exact, traveling oleh2, hehe. It is a great day!
