One of activities that I take pleasure in doing is driving. Driving a car that is.
By driving I mean is when you drive without any pressure: no meeting in 5 minutes, no noisy passenger, plenty of fuel, you get what i mean. It's just you, the car, and the traffic. I even can enjoy a traffic jam.
When I think about it, maybe it's because when driving, you have to concentrate your mind. No worrying about the future, no regretting the past. Distant or near.
You just need to be here, now.
Driving become dangerous when you don't do so.
Of course, when you stop driving, you still have all that matter you need to take care about. If you still careless of them, it is called hedonism.

weird. when i'm driving, i often think about lot of things. past, present, future. but still concentrate with what in front of me.
Then you still haven't experience the driver's high mademoiselle :D
